System Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analyzing information for new systems or major modifications to existing systems.
  • Preparing flowcharts and related documents, develops processes, selects equipment to process data, and test operations of completed programs.
  • Developing new and changes existing features and services as required by business needs.
  • Support system users with system functionality and training.
  • Ability to assess own work requirements and to communicate them appropriately.
  • Analyzing, testing and implementing new software releases.
  • Proactively troubleshoot for avoidance production system.
  • Preparing detailed diagrams, coding, instructions and documentation to produce EDP reports.
  • Testing and debugging programs.

 Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with client/server concepts and terminology
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects.
  • Professional work ethic with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
  • SQL Programming experience is a plus

Education required:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • SQL and Unix experience required
  • Extremely Proficiency in Microsoft programs and products.

Outside Sales Account Manager
EINSTEIN WIRELESS is looking for a successful sales individual to support our major growth in Central and Southern Wisconsin (FDL, Madison, Stevens Point).  The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to use professional selling skills to retain and grow distribution within a designated territory.  Einstein Wireless is a Wisconsin based company that has created a niche in the wireless industry that presents value to everyday people. Education/Experience

  • Minimum 2 years outside sales experience, including a retail distribution focus
  • Associates degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
    preferred

  • Experience selling to and managing within Wireless market/ industry
  • Presentation, organization, and communication skills with the ability to focus on strict attention to details.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

·         Establishing new accounts in an assigned sales territory or industry vertical by effective sales prospecting and closing

·         Growing customer accounts in an assigned territory or industry vertical by identifying new innovative opportunities.

·         Effectively communicating and training agents on Einstein’s new and existing products, services, policies, and promotions

·         Managing territory by agent growth, costs, agent attrition, and market condition with the overall corporate/market strategy. Sharing best practices with other account managers.

 

Wholesale Manager 
This position will be accountable the following primary responsibilities:  

    • Manage wholesale business for rural wireless telephony company
    • Manage multiple client relationships and engagements
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships
    • Increase market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing, and closing new business
    • Facilitate product orders to vendors
    • Coordinate testing of new products
    • Creating and maintaining budget
    • Generate rolling forecasts for usage as well as products
    • Coordinates pricing and technical applications
    • Coordinates client invoicing, audits and accounts receivable follow-up for assigned clients
    • Understand true activity based cost accounting and impact to assigned programs and helps support cost reduction
    • Coordinate project activity.
    • Acts as primary client contact with focus on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction.
    • Travel as required
    • Lead interdepartmental teams to drive wholesale projects to completion

Education/Skills Required:

    • Four year college degree in Business Administration and or Engineering
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Superb oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent computer skills a must to manage the business, including Excel, Access, Crystal Reports

 Experience Level Desired:

    • 5+ years in account management or similar background
    • Engineering experience or understanding of
    • Understanding of the company's information systems (billing system, accounting system, network systems, etc.)
    • Sales & Engineering experience with Machine to Machine (MtoM) in the wireless industry.
    • Knowledge of wireless telecommunications industry network systems
    • Managing sales margin
