Everyone is entitled to wireless service, so we are here to offer this to you. Click here for an application.

Multi-party-calling is included and will use minutes for each line in use for the duration of the call.
Free long distance to US and Canada: Long distance and local calls use anytime minutes. (You will be charged 25’ per minute once you have used your 1000 minutes).
The Einstein Wireless Lifeline plan provides a $8.25 per month discount for the Wisconsin 1000-Minute Plan ($29.95 - $8.25 = $21.70, plus required taxes and fees). Only one discount is allowed per household and may be applied to either a landline or wireless account. The account must be in the name of the qualifying person.
You will be charged $1.50 for all calls to directory assistance.
You will be charged 10’ per minute for call forwarding services.
If you travel outside of Wisconsin or the Michigan Upper Peninsula, you will be charged 25’ per minute for all calls placed or received. Roaming service may require a deposit.
Optional features, such as text messaging, web browsing, and email, may require a deposit. Optional services have either an additional minute charge or an additional monthly charge. Standard published prices apply to optional services and features.
International calling may require a deposit.
You may be eligible for Lifeline and Link-Up if you participate in any of the following programs:
Wisconsin Homestead Tax Credit
Wisconsin Works or W2
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Programs (LIHEAP)
Badger Care
Temporary Relief for Needy Families (TANIF)
Food Stamps
Medical Assistance
Note: You must pay for all services used. If you fail to pay your Einstein Wireless bill on time, the Lifeline program will not keep you from having your service disconnected. The Lifeline and Link-Up programs are available only on the plan indicated above and not available on any prepaid program.
Proof of eligibility must be provided prior to activating a Lifeline account.
To apply for the Lifeline program, complete the online application form (link above) and fax it to 920-687-3184 or drop it off at one of our Einstein Wireless retail store locations. Once approved, you will receive a call from a customer care representative. You will then be directed to a retail store location where they will complete the activation process and your Lifeline benefits will begin.
Eligibility for the Lifeline program is reviewed periodically. Your benefits will be discontinued if you no longer meet eligibility requirements. If you have signed a contract, that contract will continue at the non-discounted rate.
